Policy

1. Appointments can be cancelled/ rescheduled before 3 hours to your appointment.

2. All appointments will begin and end on time so that the next client is not delayed. If the treatment does not start on time, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly.

3. If the client is more than 15 minutes late, this appointment will be considered a cancellation, the card on file will be charged the full amount.

4. No refunds after service is completed.
